Played a key role in the relaunch of the Derek Lam collection, working closely with the Creative Director to reestablish the brand in the advanced contemporary / accessible luxury market. 

- Partnering directly with the Creative Director across the full design process—from research and concept development to color, fabric selection, and line planning—collaborating with merchandising and sales to balance Derek Lam heritage with a forward-looking vision

- Design across structured/soft wovens, C&S, sweater, leather and outerwear categories, developing seasonal sketches using Procreate

- Lead the development of comprehensive tech packs end-to-end, ensuring clarity and accuracy from initial creation through handoff to the tech design team

- Manage sample development with local ateliers, overseeing timelines, maintaining design integrity, and delivering high-end results

- Develop seasonal print designs using AI-assisted tools to expand creative exploration and efficiency

- Collaborate closely with the product development team on BOMs, ensuring accuracy and alignment among cross functional teams

• Collaborated with design leads and merchandising to curate product assortments for domestic and international licensee partners, ensuring commercial viability while maintaining brand integrity
